The new SBB Mobile app update gives customers the option of receiving personalised notifications for their journeys. This means you quickly receive personalised information if there is a change or disruption to your planned journey. The push notifications provide the following information:
Platform changes
Delays: SBB Mobile shows how many minutes late the train will be when it arrives.
Cancellations: SBB Mobile shows the reason for a train cancellation and what alternative connections are available.
Information about changes: users receive additional reminders when it is time to board, change or alight.
