Request filming and photography for media professionals.

If you are a journalist and would like to film or take photographs in stations or on board trains, please let us know using the form below. This allows us to support you in the best possible way.

Requests are processed during office hours. In urgent cases outside office hours, authorisations can be obtained by calling the press office on-call number.

For short films, fiction, filming for commercial purposes or productions requiring a film crew, a different form is required.

Terms/conditions for media professionals.
  • This authorisation is not a travel ticket.
  • SBB accepts no liability in the event of accidents, damage or theft.
  • Instructions from railway staff and security personnel must be followed.
  • The authorisation must be shown to SBB staff on request.
  • Rail operations and punctuality must not be impeded.
  • Surveys on trains are not permitted.
  • Passengers, passers-by and staff must not be disturbed by filming/photography and may only be recorded with their consent.
  • This authorisation is valid only for areas accessible to the public.
